Download the Paper Template and prepare Paper file.

Click the [Paper Submission] button.

1. Log in / Register an account.

2. Fill in required fields.

3. Click [Submit] and get the Submission ID.

Waiting for the Paper review, you can modify the Paper File in the Dashboard——“My Submission” before Oct. 15th and view the review status on the submission webpage.
